Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, we operate a state of the art manufacturing campus with multiple plants totalling over 200,000 square foot including in-house engineering, robotic machining, state-of-the-art test cells, quality, service and repair. BEST Pump and Flow also operates the industry’s first in-line automated fluid end machining track line.

Steve has a great understanding of manufacturing methods specialized in Automotive and Oil and Gas manufacturing with heavy emphasis toward continuous improvement and “just in time” manufacturing. Steve is a devoted family man that has been married for 32 years and he and his wife have two children.

industries. Jon is a purpose-driven leader, using Lean principles and tools to create process improvements, increase quality standards, and develop best practices for some of the leading Original Equipment Manufacturers and Service Companies in the Oil and Gas Industry specializing in frac and well stimulation. Jon has three years of Metallurgical Engineering, RABQSALA certification and has traveled extensively auditing and qualifying manufacturing facilities and their capabilities. Jon is a servant leader who defines “continuous improvement” through his work ethic and passion for helping others.

Michael has 25 years accounting experience in Construction, Auto Auction, and Government Contract industries. He got his start reconciling extensive employee receivables that were due to sending support staff to Desert Storm to keep equipment running. He still loves the hunt that a reconciliation provides. Michael takes a hands-on and humble approach to accounting where no job is beneath him. He is passionate about spending time with his three kids, music, and mountain biking. Chase Tipton

Chase Tipton is a seasoned Oil and Gas specialist with over a decade of manufacturing experience within the hydraulic fracturing space.

Chase Tipton is a seasoned Oil and Gas specialist with over a decade of manufacturing experience within the hydraulic fracturing space. Chase started in the industry at a young age while working for his family’s oil and gas service company and eventually launched a successful operating company. After a successful exit, Chase focused on improving the functionality and performance of OEM equipment in the frac market. His practical working knowledge of hydraulic frac pumps, their operating environment, and the needs in the field make him a valued asset to clients the company alike. Chase is also certified in Data Analytics and holds a Level II MPI Certification.
